Elevation Discrepancy — Active County survey records indicate an elevation of 4,688 ft. All facility documentation, signage, and broadcast references cite 4,698 ft. The 10-foot discrepancy has been flagged in three separate audits. Resolution pending. No correction has been authorized.

Facility Overview

The Marfa Country Club was established in 1971 on 847 acres of high-desert terrain in Presidio County, Texas. The facility includes an 18-hole championship course, practice range, broadcast tower, and supporting infrastructure.

The club operates at an elevation of 4,698 feet above sea level. This figure appears consistently across all facility documentation, despite a 10-foot discrepancy with county survey records. The discrepancy has not been resolved.

Club hours are dawn to 11:58 PM daily. Operations during the final minute before midnight follow a separate protocol not covered in this document.

The Club

Pro shop. Tournaments. Heritage apparel. The Marfa Country Club maintains the standards of a traditional membership institution. Dress code is flexible. Expectations are not.
