3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • We accept payment through Stripe, Shopify Payments, & PayPal.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not our acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when we ship the product.

4. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and availability. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once products are delivered to the carrier.

  • Returns/exchanges: 14-day returns on unused items, customer responsible for return shipping, no returns on limited/collector drops.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site - including logos, product designs, images, and text - is owned by or licensed to MCC.

  • MARFA COUNTRY CLUB™ is our trademark. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
