RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes, Marfa Country Club accepts returns. We want you to be satisfied with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Gift cards
- Headwear and accessories that have been worn
- Items damaged through misuse
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email clubhouse@marfacountryclub.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Package the item(s) securely with original tags and packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received, we will inspect the return within 7–14 business days.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — Marfa Country Club is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clubhouse@marfacountryclub.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
