SHIPPING
All orders are processed from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES)
- Standard Ground (5–7 business days): $10
- Express (2–3 business days): $15
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150
Domestic orders ship via UPS and USPS. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the package leaves our facility.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and Japan.
- Standard International (10–21 business days): calculated at checkout
- Express International (5–10 business days): calculated at checkout
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time will begin processing the following business day.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to the address on file. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at clubhouse@marfacountryclub.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
